These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Treflik Solar Technologies Private Limited (“Treflik Solar”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use of the Site after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

You may use the Site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:

• Use the Site in any way that violates applicable Indian or international law or regulation
• Transmit any unsolicited commercial communications or spam
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site, our servers, or any third-party systems connected to the Site
• Use automated tools (scrapers, bots, crawlers) to extract data from the Site without prior written consent
• Upload or transmit any material that is defamatory, obscene, fraudulent, or infringes any intellectual property rights
• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate your access to the Site at any time and without notice if we believe you have violated these Terms.

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, photographs, videos, software, and the overall design — is the property of Treflik Solar or its licensors and is protected by Indian and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may view, download, and print content from the Site for your own personal, non-commercial use, provided you do not modify the content, remove any copyright notices, or use the content in a way that suggests endorsement by Treflik Solar. All other uses require our prior written consent.

The Treflik Solar name, logo, and all associated marks are registered or unregistered trademarks of Treflik Solar Technologies Private Limited. Unauthorised use of our trademarks is strictly prohibited.

The Solar Estimator tool on this Site provides indicative generation and financial projections based on inputs you provide. These projections are estimates only and do not constitute a formal proposal, guarantee of performance, or offer to contract.

Actual system performance depends on many factors including final site conditions, equipment specifications, weather variability, grid tariff changes, and applicable government policies. Treflik Solar accepts no liability for decisions made solely on the basis of the Estimator output.

The Site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement.

While we strive to keep information on the Site current and accurate, we make no representation or warranty that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not warrant that any information on the Site is complete, reliable, or up to date.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Treflik Solar shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the Site, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or the Site shall not exceed the amount, if any, paid by you to Treflik Solar in the 12 months preceding the claim. This limitation applies regardless of the form of action.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites, resources, or services. These links are provided for your convenience only and do not constitute an endorsement by Treflik Solar. We have no control over the content or privacy practices of third-party sites and accept no responsibility for any loss or damage that may arise from your use of them.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Treflik Solar, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra.

These Terms apply to your use of the Site and do not govern the terms of any commercial solar project, O&M contract, PPA, or other services agreement you may enter into with Treflik Solar. Such engagements are governed by separate written agreements negotiated and signed by both parties.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Site after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, please discontinue use of the Site.
