Senior Solar Design Engineer
5–8 years experience
Lead the technical design of commercial and industrial rooftop solar systems. Proficiency in PVsyst, AutoCAD, and single-line diagram preparation is required. Experience with DISCOM interconnection applications preferred.
Project Manager — EPC
6–10 years experience
Own end-to-end delivery of rooftop solar projects from contract signing to final commissioning and handover. PMP certification preferred. Track record managing multi-crore construction projects essential.
Business Development Executive
2–5 years experience
Develop and close new commercial and industrial solar accounts in Central Maharashtra. Strong consultative selling skills and a network in the manufacturing or real-estate sector are advantageous.
O&M Field Technician
2–4 years experience
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on commissioned rooftop solar systems. Electrical trade certification required. Willingness to travel within Maharashtra is essential.
SCADA / IoT Software Developer
3–6 years experience
Build and maintain Treflik's proprietary solar monitoring platform. Experience with Modbus/RTU, MQTT, time-series databases (InfluxDB or TimescaleDB), and React-based dashboards required.
Finance Analyst — Project Finance
2–4 years experience
Structure financial models for OPEX and RESCO solar projects. Support in debt syndication, PPA negotiations, and investor reporting. CA or MBA Finance preferred with exposure to infrastructure or energy project finance.
